What are you waiting for?

I shared with us last week that   we should “erase all forms of prejudices (unfair feelings against anyone), most especially, against people of other tribes, nationalities, cultures that hinder the propagation of the gospel, so as to meet God’s purpose of reaching the unreached”.
Our association with the unbeliever is of advantage to God and to man. Unbelievers should not be left alone to cater for themselves.
But please do not misquote me.
In Paul’s letter to the Corinthians he told them “not to be yoked together with unbeliever “. (2 Corinthians 6:14). What message was he passing across to the believer here? ; Believers should not be in an association where its negative effect is dominating or will dominate them. We are in this world (physically) but we are not to conform to the pattern of this world (Spiritually). (Romans 12:2)
Believers are the light of the world. Light shines in dark places. We are  the light amidst darkness. Our association with unbeliever is to illuminate, to preach the gospel. (Mark 16:15)
His words were plain when he said “go into the world” (Mark 16:15). It was also plain when he said you are not of this world (John 15:19). Let the world see your good deeds; do not conform to the world.
You are the salt, the light. Light illuminates. Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your father in heaven. (Matthew 5:13-16).

Emergency bell is ringing in "ward number world". The attention of doctors (not just a doctor) are needed
Let me reframe the message “there is an emergency, doctors should run and not walk to the emergency room to attend to wounded and dying patients”.
In an emergency situation, medical personnel don’t wait in the office; they run to the aid of the patients.
Unbelievers should not be left alone to cater for themselves.

Be the doctor God will use this week….
Share the word of life and do not be of the world…
I still have words to share with you on this same subject…
I Love you……
Have a wonderful week.

"THE SICK" NEEDS A DOCTOR.......

Some of the response to the question posted yesterday:
“It’s clear evidence that he has been deceiving himself and the church. I may not attend the church again.”
“So Pastors to enjoy”
“Depends on my mood”
“Honestly I’ve never given it a thought before, but I think I wouldn’t say anything. Just pretend like nothing happened until the person speaks up”
“Won’t be surprise cos is not new again”
“Maybe he is there to preach but to be serious I think he or she is there to enjoy nw and if he or she wan scope me I will not believe”
“Question will run through my mind…. What is he/she doing there? Is he/she there to meet someone? A lot of question….”
These might probably be some of the thoughts running through the mind of the Pharisees, when they sighted Jesus dining with the “sinners” and tax collectors, before they accused him.
Here was his response: “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but the sinners” Matthew 9:10-13, Mark 2:13-17, Luke5:27-32. I love it.
The Pharisees and religious teachers we read about today thought that holy people should not associate with sinful people. But just the opposite is true. If people are truly holy, they will associate with sinful people, because holy people are motivated by love to share Jesus with those who need to be saved.
The message of Jesus birth, ministry, his death, his resurrection, his ascension and second coming, (The Gospel) is not meant to be restricted; you have to spread the word. “Go into the entire world” was what he commanded. Mark 16:15
A true Christian does not love sin but love “sinners”. Jesus Christ was and is a friend of “sinners” but he himself was not one, he dined with sinners but he never ate from the plate of sin. He ministered life (ZOE) to them.
Erase all forms of prejudices (unfair feelings against anyone), most especially, against people of other tribes, nationalities, cultures that hinder the propagation of the gospel, so as to meet God’s purpose of reaching the unreached. To be continued……
Show love this week; let someone know about Jesus Christ.
Be that Doctor God will use.
I Love you……
Have a wonderful week.

Let Love lead..... (Part 2)

I shared with us last week that without love it is impossible to obey the laws (word of God).
We should also know that without love it is impossible to please God “He that loveth not knoweth not God for God is Love”1 John 4:8.
The knowledge of the characteristics of love is important. This week I will share with us the characteristics of Christian love according to God's word;( 1 Cor 13:4-7; Rom 13:10):

  1. Love endures long and is patient and kind
  2. Love never is envious or boils over with jealousy
  3. Love is not boastful or vainglorious
  4. Love does not display itself haughtily
  5. Love is not conceited (arrogant, inflated with pride)
  6. Love is not rude (unmannerly)
  7. Love does not act unbecomingly
  8. Love does not insist on his own rights or its own way (for it is not self-seeking)
  9. Love is not touchy or fretful or resentful
  10. Love takes no account of a suffered wrong(it pays no attention to an evil done to it)
  11. Love does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness but rejoices when right and truth prevails
  12. Love bears up under anything and everything that comes
  13. Love is ever ready to believe the best of every person
  14. Its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances
  15. It endures everything without weakening
  16. Love works no ill to a neighbour
Love to believer is a matter of responsibility not ability. Confess love, act love, show love and teach someone to do so.
Have wonderful week…
 I love you…..

Let Love Lead.....

Corruption keeps spreading its tentacles despite the laws, in schools, in our different home, in our offices, and in our nations.
There is one law to resolve this issue ; Let love lead.
Love and teach others to do so. In the bible, Jesus Christ said LOVE is the great commandment (Matthew 22:36-40, 1 Timothy1:5) and also said that all other laws hang on love. Meaning without love it would be difficult to obey the laws. Love is the foundation.
The commandments given to Moses were all about love (Exodus 20:1-17). Jesus Christ only summarised these laws in one word (LOVE) that is divided into two:  Love thy God (The first four commandments) and Love thy neighbour (the last six commandments).
My message for you this week is to let love lead; love and teach someone to do so. (Study 1 Corinthians 13:1-13 and 1 John 4:7-21). …..
 Happy new month.
I love you…….
